The Aerial Lift Train the Trainer Certification Program teaches the instructional techniques involved in communicating concepts inside a classroom and/or field condition. Knowledge requires a training part to be efficient in workplace conditions. There are three aspects of machine operation which the trainer should learn how to convey to operators: what to perform; how to do it; and why it has to be carried out.
In the program, trainers would be provided with the detailed, latest reference material to better help them convey the information to equipment operators. The instruction manuals used, contain detailed information about all aspects of industrial mobile machine operator training.
